The case presented here is unique because of the location of the lesions and the extent to which the foot was affected. A two-stage procedure was performed because of the degree of bone deformity. The first stage of the procedure was directed at reducing osseous proliferation; the second stage addressed the frontal and transverse plane deformities. One-stage procedures can be used in treating less severe deformities.
