ORDERING PROCEDURE

A combined print and online subscription to JAPMA is included in the annual membership dues of the American Podiatric Medical Association. For information about APMA membership, please contact the APMA.

Once APMA has received membership dues, you will begin receiving the print journal. If you would like to obtain access to the electronic edition, please contact APMA for instructions. You will be directed to an online form and asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to JAPMA Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (your APMA member number)
